- Mushy or slipping transmission
- High
motor RPM’s when accelerating with a load
- Early
shifts
- Torque
converter shudder when lock-up is applied in the torque converter at
higher speeds
- High
transmission temperature
You
will eliminate these problems if you upgrade your transmission and
torque converter combination.
This
combo is no comparison to a stock transmission and torque converter, for
slightly more than a stock dealer price.
- Modify
transmission valve body for a pressure
boost slope that matches diesel engine torque. This is not found in
any other valve body kit.
- Diesels
make the majority of their torque at quarter to three eights throttle,
by increasing the pressure to throttle angle, the life of the
torque converter and transmission is extended.
- Tightening
tolerances between the impeller and turbine in the torque converter,
will lower stall speed, decrease slippage and increase efficiency.
- Add
clutch friction material in torque converter lock up for more holding
power and efficiency at highway speeds.
- Full
Time Converter Feed allows the converter to have a constant source of
transmission fluid.
- Resulting
in more positive shifts, increased clutch capacity and positive torque
converter lock-up.
What
all of this means is that you will get better performance and fuel
mileage.
